Tasks

Two core tasks were identified. The first task was a user who was creating a new record, a contributor, and the second task was a user viewing a record, a consumer. 

Task 1 – Creating a new record ( registered contributor)

1. Open app
2. Tap Add New button
3. Log into account
4. Add record title
5. Add new content – text, audio, video or photograph
6. Repeat step 5 until record completed (optional)
7. Set record options, including privacy
8. Save/Publish record
9. Share record (optional)
10. Log out

Task 2 – Viewing a record (consumer)

1. Open app
2. Select or search for record
3. Tap record to view
4. View record
5. Comment, rate or share record (optional)
